Patrick joined Schill Grounds Management in 2021 as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. In his current role, Patrick oversees the prospecting, negotiation, and execution of add-on acquisitions. Since Patrick joined SGM, the Company has completed 8 add-on acquisitions across various geographies, including Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Ontario. Prior to joining Schill, Patrick spent five years in sell-side investment banking at VRA Partners, where he advised founders and owners of businesses across 14 sale transactions within a variety of industries. Patrick graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2017 and currently resides in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio.
