Check-in at the Caesars Palace begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 866-227-5944 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Lawn & Landscape Top 100 Executive Summit will be taking place in the Caesars Palace. The event facilities are located on the on the first floor of the Caesars Palace. Registration will be stationed in the Julius Ballroom Foyer on the Pool Level of the hotel.

It has come to our attention that a number third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Lawn & Landscape Top 100 Executive Summit regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Lawn & Landscape Top 100 Executive Summit, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Lawn & Landscape Top 100 Executive Summit and that is to book directly through the Caesars Palace. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
