Manny González serves as the Executive Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer of Ethoscapes, where he continues to guide the company's strategic direction and growth initiatives. Drawing on more than 40 years of experience in the service industry, Manny played a pivotal role in founding Ethoscapes and the successful integration of three of Houston’s leading firms in landscaping, installation, and erosion control—Westco Grounds Maintenance, Champions Hydro-Lawn, and Houston Landscapes Unlimited—into a unified, market-leading enterprise over the past five years.
Throughout his career, Manny has held key leadership positions both in the United States and internationally, conducting business across the U.S., United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Central and South America. Prior to Ethoscapes, he served as Senior Executive Vice President at R360 Environmental Solutions, the nation’s top environmental oilfield waste management provider. Before that, he was President and CEO of US Liquids of Louisiana (USLL), which laid the groundwork for R360’s formation. He also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at USLL, overseeing operations in Louisiana, Texas and Mexico.
Manny’s earlier roles include serving as General Manager at Texas Molecular, a hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal company. He also served as Vice President at Onsite Technology, where he led the deployment of thermal desorption platforms used to treat contaminated oilfield waste and recover reusable hydrocarbons in Venezuela, Mexico, Scotland, the UAE, and Colombia. In the public sector, Manny served as Director of Field Operations for Oil Spill Prevention and Response at the Texas General Land Office, managing critical oil spill response efforts along the Texas Gulf Coast.
Manny has served on and chaired numerous industry boards across the oilfield, environmental, and service sectors. In 2024, he was inducted into Houston’s SMART Business Dealmakers Hall of Fame in recognition of his leadership and contributions to the business community. He has also been a voting member of the ASTM F20 Committee and has authored several industry-related publications.
Beyond his professional work, Manny is dedicated to service and mentorship. He is a Trustee of Phi Kappa Theta National Fraternity, a past Trustee of the Phi Kappa Theta National Foundation, and a founding member of the PKT Alamo Alumni Association.
