Mark Stuhlsatz has over 25 years of experience in the green industry, beginning while he was a horticulture student at Kansas State University. He spent nearly a decade with a Kansas City design/build firm, advancing from landscape designer to managing both landscape and maintenance divisions. In 2010, Mark joined RYAN Lawn & Tree as the Irrigation Department Manager and helped grow the division from under $1 million to over $10 million in revenue across five metropolitan areas. He now leads a team focused on innovation and business development, helping shape the future of RYAN’s service offerings and market expansion. Mark is also passionate about building strong teams and has championed creative strategies to recruit and retain top talent—cultivating a workplace culture that goes beyond traditional incentives to truly engage and support employees.
