Shauntel Deshautelles is a seasoned human resources executive with 20 years of experience leading strategic people initiatives, with deep expertise in talent strategy, culture development, and M&A integration. As Chief People Officer at LMC Landscape Partners, she drives the company’s people strategy—ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent—while leading the successful integration of HR operations across mergers and acquisitions.

Since joining LMC Landscape Partner in 2022, Shauntel has brought transformative leadership to the organization’s people function, aligning talent initiatives with business goals during a period of rapid growth. Prior to LMC, she served as Chief HR Officer at MISA Imports and Chief HR Officer at Accent Food Services, where she also led M&A-related HR initiatives. Her earlier career includes leadership roles in recruiting and talent management at Community Coffee, Worley Parsons, and CB&I.

Shauntel holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University.
