Spencer's journey in the landscaping industry began at a young age, working alongside his father, who owned a small landscape business. This experience shaped his passion and expertise. He continued to hone his skills as a greenskeeper at a local golf course in San Diego, dedicating nearly two years to perfecting his craft in turf management.

In 2021, Spencer embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Harvest as an Assistant Account Manager. His tireless work ethic and natural leadership abilities quickly propelled him to the role of Account Manager. In late 2023, he was promoted to Branch Manager. Today, he continues to shape the landscape of California, blending dedication, skill, and integrity in his pursuit of excellence within the industry.
