Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and either faxed or e-mailed to the Lawn & Landscape Top 100 Executive Summit and Awards Ceremony. Voice mails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided if received no later than June 24, 2024. No refunds will be issued after that day or for no shows. Attendees can notify conference staff at any time that another individual will attend the event in their place.
Substitution Policy:
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place.
Confirmation Policy:
All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management. Hotel reservation confirmations are sent separately from the conference registration but are also sent via e-mail.
The Lawn & Landscape Executive Summit and Awards Ceremony is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
