Brad Cox is the Senior Vice President of Operations at LMC Landscape Partners, a Trivest Partners-backed landscape management platform operating six companies across Texas, Alabama, and Florida. Prior to joining LMC Landscape Partners, he served as CEO of Lawn Management Company (LMC)/Embark Services in Houston, where he significantly contributed to the company's growth and success. He sold his company to Trivest in 2021, strategically expanding his role in the industry and investing in the continued success of the company.

For over two decades, Brad has led LMC/Embark Services towards excellence by employing commercial landscaping professionals who are deeply rooted in the company's values. The company serves more than 1100 businesses and organizations from its six branch locations in the Greater Houston area. Before becoming CEO, Brad served as President for six years, a role he assumed after nearly nine years as General Manager.

Throughout his tenure, LMC has been recognized with numerous awards and honors. These accolades include the 2021 Gold Award for the "MD Anderson Stormwater Mitigation Project," two Silver Awards in 2019, and two Bronze Awards in 2020, all from the National Association of Landscape Professionals Awards of Excellence. Most recently, LMC received the 2022 Gold Award for the “Rice Village Arcade” project.
