Lori Johnson is the President of The Grounds Guys, a leading provider of commercial and residential landscape management services across the US and Canada, a role she assumed in April 2023. With a wealth of experience in customer experience, marketing and franchising, Lori has played pivotal roles in driving marketing initiatives and fostering franchise growth as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Neighborly. Beginning her journey with Neighborly in 2007, she held various positions including Brand Manager for Mr. Rooter® Plumbing before advancing to oversee national and local marketing strategies for all 19 North American franchised brands. After a stint at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where she excelled as Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning, Lori returned to Neighborly in 2016, further amplifying its home service brands. Lori holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Trinity University, where she was also a member of the Trinity Tiger Women’s soccer team.
