Stephanie joined Mariani in 2021 and is responsible for the integration of new partner companies into Mariani. This includes defining integration strategy, managing deal-specific integration plans, and supporting best practice sharing across our organization. She is fond of telling anyone who will listen that she has the best job at Mariani.

Prior to joining Mariani, Stephanie led the acquisition integration function at Sound Physicians. She also led various M&A integrations, divestitures and complex cross-functional projects at Apria Healthcare and Accenture. Stephanie started her career in management consulting where she focused on data migration, systems implementation, and process improvement projects in the US and internationally.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has completed certificate programs in M&A Integration, Project Management, and Six Sigma. When she isn’t working you can probably find Stephanie hiking our National Parks with her family.
